Celebrity Ascent

Celebrity Ascent is the fourth Edge-class cruise ship from Celebrity Cruises, delivered in November 2023 from Chantiers de l'Atlantique in France. At 140,600 gross tons and 1,073 feet long, she is a sister to Celebrity Beyond and carries 3,260 passengers at double occupancy. Celebrity Ascent builds on the expanded design introduced by Beyond, featuring the dramatic two-story Sunset Bar with its cantilevered platform overlooking the wake, the AquaDome glass-enclosed entertainment space, and the signature Magic Carpet that glides along the ship's exterior. The ship introduces refinements to the Edge-class experience with enhanced dining venues, updated Retreat amenities for suite guests, and thoughtfully redesigned public spaces. Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud returns with its globally inspired menu, alongside favorites like Eden, the Rooftop Garden, and the Main Restaurant spanning four distinct culinary experiences. The Retreat offers an elevated ship-within-a-ship experience with a private pool deck, exclusive restaurant, and personal concierge service. Entertainment includes spectacular productions in the main theater, immersive shows in Eden, and live music performances throughout the ship. Celebrity Ascent sails Caribbean itineraries from Fort Lauderdale during winter and repositions to Europe for Mediterranean and Northern European voyages during summer.
