Costa Toscana

Costa Toscana is the flagship of Costa Cruises, the Italian cruise line part of Carnival Corporation, delivered in December 2021 from Meyer Turku in Finland. At 185,010 gross tons and 1,130 feet long, she carries 6,554 passengers at maximum occupancy and celebrates the beauty of Tuscany and Italian lifestyle throughout her design. Built on the Excel-class platform, Costa Toscana is one of the largest cruise ships in the world and the largest in the Costa fleet. The ship features a stunning Colosseo entertainment venue with an immersive LED dome, a soaring three-deck central atrium, and outdoor promenade decks that maximize the Mediterranean cruising experience. Dining celebrates Italian culinary excellence with venues inspired by different Italian regions, from Tuscan trattorias to Neapolitan pizzerias and Ligurian seafood restaurants, all overseen by brand ambassador and chef Bruno Barbieri. The ship features a large outdoor waterpark, multiple pools, and the Solemio Spa wellness center. Costa Toscana was the first Costa ship powered by LNG fuel technology, marking an important step in the fleet's environmental sustainability journey. She sails Western Mediterranean itineraries year-round from Italian ports including Savona and Genoa, visiting destinations across Italy, Spain, France, and the Balearic Islands.
