Cruise ship statistics

Every number on this page is computed from our own tracking tables: ship records, AIS positions, port visits and the fares we log from the booking catalogue. No estimates and no third-party surveys. Refreshed every 6 hours.

A sailing counts when we logged its fare at least twice in the window; dropped and rose compare the first and the latest observation. Per-ship price history is on every ship page.

Method
  • Fleet figures come from our ship records (year built and gross tonnage present for every ship).
  • Port visits are detected from AIS positions inside a port's radius; the busiest list counts visits, not ships.
  • Fares are catalogue fares per night for in-stock sailings; no discounts are applied or estimated.
  • Price movements compare the first and the latest fare logged in the last 30 days for each sailing.
