Four Seasons Yachts Debuts The Lanserhof Reset

Four Seasons Yachts is rolling out a new eight-day wellness program called The Lanserhof Reset aboard Four Seasons I, running November 8–16, 2026, during the ship's transatlantic voyage from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean. The program, developed with Lanserhof, a longevity and wellness company, combines personalized medical consultations, spa treatments, fitness sessions, and nutritional coaching tailored to each passenger's health goals.

The itinerary kicks off with a medical assessment at the yacht's onboard medical center. From there, passengers can book one-on-one consultations with nutritionists and holistic therapists, attend breathwork and fitness classes, and undergo treatments like craniosacral alignment and sound baths. The ship's L'Oceana Spa adds options including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, thermal pools, and hydrotherapy. Daily expert-led wellness talks and specially designed menus with offerings like chlorophyll shots complete the program.

Four Seasons I, which debuted in March 2026, positions wellness as a centerpiece of the cruise experience rather than a side amenity.
