Celebrity Cruises is restructuring its Captain's Club loyalty program to reward frequent sailors with enhanced benefits at multiple milestones. Beginning June 11, members reaching 2,250 points gain access to increased Premium Wi-Fi minutes, specialty dining discounts, complimentary photographs, and extended ship privileges. At 2,500 points, guests unlock similar perks with doubled Wi-Fi allowances. The program introduces two new elite tiers above the existing Zenith level. Double Zenith members, starting at 6,000 points, receive complimentary specialty dining and champagne. Triple Zenith, achieved at 9,000 points, grants guests a free seven-night cruise in a Sky Suite plus additional benefits. The changes address longtime frustration among loyal passengers by creating clearer advancement pathways and tangible rewards for climbing the program's hierarchy.
