Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its refreshed dinner menu across additional vessels in the fleet. Three ships will introduce the updated dining offerings on staggered dates: Carnival Celebration on June 7, Carnival Venezia on June 18, and Carnival Dream on July 5. The new menu debuted aboard Carnival Magic in January and will now reach 14 total ships across the company's fleet. Other vessels including Mardi Gras, Panorama, Sunshine, Liberty, and Jubilee already feature the revamped selections. Guest response has been positive, with Brand Ambassador John Heald highlighting the culinary team's ability to deliver quality food within operational constraints. Carnival is currently treating the rollout as a test phase, actively gathering passenger feedback to inform potential refinements. The menu highlights include a Beef Wellington prepared with filet, mushroom pâté, and puff pastry.
